Miles for Migraine

Join Miles for Migraine, virtually, this Saturday Jun 13 from 9 – 11 a.m.!

A Miles for Migraine Walk, Run or Just Relax event includes a 2 mile walk, 5K run, 10K run and plenty of options for those not comfortable with exercise. We are focused on raising awareness that migraine is not “just a headache”. Migraine is in fact a serious neurological disease that can have debilitating effects on those that have it, as well as their family and friends. More people have migraine in the U.S. than asthma and diabetes combined, yet it is severely underfunded.

Our event attracts the serious runner and weekend racer, the person with migraine or cluster headache, as well as their family members and friends who want to come out and support the cause. Whether you walk, run or come observe… as a team, with a family member or all alone with just your thoughts… you’ll be surrounded by the wonderful camaraderie from participants, volunteers and the Miles for Migraine team.

Not feeling well enough to walk or run? We still want you to come. You can sign up to be an Advocate for $0. Come join us on June 13th and take part in the exercise-free portions of the morning. You could register to be a volunteer or a member of our Thank You team too. We have options for everyone!

Miles for Migraine is dedicated to raising awareness and funding for migraine as well as other headache disorders. Money raised through our race events is donated directly to fund migraine research at the UC Health and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
