Nothing Like a Dame Cabaret at Aronoff

Cincinnati Music Theatre has done it again! The second cabaret experience is coming to the Aronoff Center for the Arts!

Celebrate Broadway’s legendary leading ladies, from Mary Martin and Ethel Merman to Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth in Nothing Like a Dame at the Aronoff Center for the Arts (650 Walnut Street Cincinnati). Nothing Like a Dame will be playing Friday Jun 8 at 8 p.m., Saturday Jun 9 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., Friday Jun 15 at 8 p.m. and Saturday Jun 16 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

This sparkling new cabaret production from Cincinnati Music Theatre, with support from the Cincinnati Arts Association, was conceived and directed by Skip Fenker, with musical direction and arrangements by Michael Spresser, the same team who created CMT’s first sold-out cabaret, LOVE IS LOVE, in February.

A cast of some of Cincinnati’s finest theatre talent will perform memorable musical moments from the Golden Age of Broadway, right up to today’s contemporary hit shows, including Anything Goes, The Sound of Music, Gypsy, Evita, Into the Woods and Wicked. A charming master of ceremonies will share interesting facts and amusing anecdotes about these beloved Broadway dames, whose personalities and talents created stage legends and transcended marquees.

Ticket prices are $25 each and include a lite bite and one beverage. You can purchase tickets online at https://www.cincinnatiarts.org/events/detail/dame.

Don’t miss this star-studded production!
