Join the Cincinnati Observatory online this Monday Jun 15 from 7 – 8 p.m. for a presentation on The Sun.

Orbiting observatories have captured stunning details of our nearest star, the Sun, including sunspots, solar flares, and coronal mass ejections.  Astronomer Dean Regas shares some amazing images and videos of the Sun’s nuclear surface and explosive personality.  Then he will demonstrate various safe solar viewing methods so you can see the Sun yourself.

Cost: $10.00 per household

All proceeds go toward Education Programming at the Cincinnati Observatory
