The creepy, ghoulishly weird and true tales of Cincinnati brewing history are coming alive in the newest and most innovative Halloween experience in the region.

Haunted Brewery Tours: Can You Solve the Mystery? is a brand-new interactive experience supporting the non-profit Brewery District CURC, created in cooperation with Christian Moerlein Brewing Co., The Cincinnati Escape Room and Cincinnati Landmark Productions.

Head to Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. (1621 Moore St. Cincinnati) this Friday Oct 26 or Saturday Oct 27. Tours begin every 30 minutes, beginning at 7 p.m. with the last tour at 10:30 p.m.

Haunted Brewery Tours will take patrons on a trip back in time to meet actual colorful (and doomed!) characters in Cincinnati brewing history. Or are they? Of the five historic vignettes on the tour, four are real but one is fiction. There are clues and hands-on, interactive puzzles along the way to help you solve the mystery. Will your group guess correctly? If you do, a prize and your place in history await you.

Guests congregate in the Moerlein Tap Room – and perhaps enjoy a draft or two – to await their entry time. Once called, groups of up to 20 guests will enter the tour and meet their guide, who will lead them through the actual working Moerlein brewery. But it’s no longer 2018. The guide has taken them back in time to meet actual historic figures in local brewing lore. Guests will hear the sad, doomed tales of these characters and be presented an interactive “puzzle” to solve at each stop. The clues will help guests solve the mystery – which of the five stories presented was fiction? After the tour, guests can celebrate their victory or drown their sorrows in the Tap Room, where Moerlein will feature a new specialty beer each weekend!

Tickets are just $25 and can be purchased online at http://www.hauntedbrewerytour.com/tickets–merchandise.html.
